Living Room
The cosy living room has seating for 6 (as long as you’re all friends!). In here you’ll also find a log burner, LCD TV, DVD Blueray Player (and a fantastic selection of the latest DVD’s), DAB Radio, Economy 7 heater and WiFi (although this can be a bit sketchy due to our remote location)

Bedroom 1
This room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawer unit, Economy 7 heater and majestic views of the Mynydd Mawr ridge. Bedding is provided.

Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need inc: Wood burning oven / range (useful to keep the place snug in the winter!), electric fan oven, fridge / freezer compartment, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and dining table. Please note that the drinking water is from a separate tap (identified by a sign) as it’s taken from an underground spring. It goes through multiple filters and a UV unit and tested annually by Gwynedd council.

Bathroom
Bath, shower, heated towel rail, electric fan heater and toilet (please be aware that we use a septic tank so please DO NOT put anything down the toilet other then waste and toilet paper!!!) Towels are provided.

Rear Passage
Wood store, economy 7 heater and drying area.
